It includes things such as, how foods are  the health implications of eating raw mushrooms versus cooked mushrooms, what cooking does to food, what the benefits of eating a raw majority of food in your diet are.

This is would be good to watch whether you have a disease and you want to get rid of it, or are trying to avoid diseases in your life as you get older.
